The office of the Registrar performs many important duties related to the keeping of academic records. These include producing transcripts of a student's academic history in a timely manner, certifying a student's enrollment at Georgia Regents University, ensuring the collection and proper maintenance of course grades, and in general ensuring that a student's academic record is accurate.
During normal Registration and Drop/Add periods, student registration can be updated through the student system account (POUNCE). Please see the Academic Calendar for term based academic planning and important dates. Please visit the links below for other important dates and information.

The Registrar is responsible for working with departments to create a schedule of classes in an accurate and timely manner. Scheduling guidelines, approved by the Provost and Executive Faculty, govern much of the process.
Grading and Exams
The University Registrar is responsible for collecting, recording, and reporting grades on behalf of the Georgia Regents University. Policy governing academic standards for grading is detailed in the Student Manual.
