Welcome to the GRU Registrar's Office

The Registrar's Office at Georgia Regents University keeps track of all official academic records. Our office also produces class schedules, conducts registration, and process requests for change of major.

The Registrar is responsible for working with departments to create a schedule of classes in an accurate and timely manner. Scheduling guidelines, approved by the Provost and Executive Faculty, govern much of the process. Read more »

  Grading and Exams

The University Registrar is responsible for collecting, recording, and reporting grades on behalf of the Georgia Regents University. Policy governing academic standards for grading is detailed in the Student Manual. Read more »

The office of the Registrar performs many important duties related to the keeping of academic records. These include providing transcripts, enrollment verification, and more. Read more »
