Assistant Vice President for Finance, Medical College of Georgia Physicians Practice Group (PPG)
Georgia Regents Medical Associates, the physician faculty practice plan at Georgia Regents University is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Finance to support the Vice President-Finance/CFO in leading the organization's financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting and accounting in support of the missions of the Georgia Regents University (GRU) and the Medical College of Georgia (MCG).
Certification as a Public Accountant (CPA) is required, plus at least (5) years of experience in healthcare financial management, with preference given in academic healthcare and knowledge of physician practices. Demonstrated significant understanding of accounting principles and finance including investment management and budget preparation. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
