The Georgia Regents Medical Associates operates as the academic faculty practice for the Medical College of Georgia.

The Medical Associates Group bills and collects professional services provided by Georgia Regents faculty and operates primary care and specialty physician offices.

IMMEDIATE OPENING - West Wheeler Multi-Speciality

PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR - West Wheeler Multi-Specialty

Professional medical practice leader providing direction and guidance to clinical and administrative support staff within a multi-specialty group practice with a focus on high quality, efficient and effective patient care, excellent patient satisfaction and employee development and engagement. Responsible for assuring that care is provided in accordance with Health System policies and procedures and regulatory agencies. Provide input and assistance to the Administrative Director in the financial management of the practice, including cost containment, efficient use of resources and optimizing revenue. Oversees the daily practice site operations.

Education/Training/Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a health related field or business administration required, or significant experience and successful track record as a Practice Manager/Administrator may be substituted for bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 5 years’ experience with experience in a private practice group setting preferred.
