Impacting Student Learning Conference

The 16th Annual Impacting Student Learning Conference will be held Saturday, March 22, 2014 from 8:00 - 3:00 at Georgia Regents University (GRU) in Augusta, Georgia. The conference is focused on practical strategies for enhancing P-12 student learning. Concurrent sessions will be aimed at practicing teachers (new and veteran) and professors who teach pre-service and in-service teachers. Sessions include topics such as common core curriculum, assessment, classroom management, differentiation, RTI, inclusion, content based learning, and time and stress management. There will also be opportunities for participants to network with fellow educators.  Previous participants report they have learned many new ideas they were able to immediately implement in their P-12 or higher education classrooms.

We invite professors, P-12 teachers, undergraduate and graduate education students, and others to submit proposals for 60 minute interactive sessions.

Registration for the 2014 ISL Conference is now closed.  Registration (without lunch) will be available at 8:00 AM in the lobby of University Hall the day of the event.
