The Department of Kinesiology and Health Science is committed to scholarship, service,
and to providing: (1) an educational experience with the overriding objective of preparing
undergraduate and graduate students to become effective educators and health and fitness
professionals; and (2) a service program for all Georgia Regents University students
that encourages a sense of responsibility for one's own health by providing educational
opportunities that encourage healthy lifestyle decisions.
