All workshops are free of charge and open to GRU students. If you are unable to attend a workshop but are interested in the topic, please contact the Counseling Center to set up an appointment to meet with the presenter on an individual basis. As space is often limited for workshops, please call and reserve your seat in advance.

People can be difficult, plain and simple. But, they are everywhere! Why not learn how to deal with them in a way that doesn’t compromise how you choose to present yourself? It can be done! Come, learn how to communicate AND keep your cool!
MONDAY, JULY 7, 12 NOON*
Learn how to balance your academic, career and personal lives. You will learn time management, stress management and life skills that will help you enjoy more of your summer.
